Easily adjust tire pressure from cab

Monitor and control tire pressure from the cab with CTIS. Increase transport efficiency on the road and reduce tire wear by allowing precise tire adjustments to match implement requirements.

Change tire inflation pressure from the cab

Enter a field, push a button, and deflate the tires to increase their footprint by nearly 25%. This allows for a 2-4%¹ reduction in slip, and a 3 psi¹ reduction in ground pressure. When you’re ready to hit the road, simply push a button to inflate the tires to the optimal setting.

Engine

The John Deere PowerTech™ PSS 9.0L engine and choice of transmissions deliver record-setting pulling power while assuring excellent total fluid economy. Seven new models for the 8R from 230-410 engine hp. We added a new lower horsepower model (8R 230) and 10 horsepower to the top model (8R 410) to pull implements faster and maintain higher speeds.
